Q: I am writing a paper as my final step in earning my MBA. The topic is the impact of IP Geo Targeting for eretailers. I am attempting to locate a set of tools commonly used in ad targeting, segmentation, content specific offerings, etc. I need to identify 5-10 traditional tools and the impact identifying the IP address of a web visitor and providing a specific landing page has to revenue.
